Author Guidelines
PHAJIGS is a multidisciplinary, open access, peer-reviewed journal. We welcome theoretical and empirical works in all fields of knowledge related to Social Sciences, Arts, Language and Communication, Pure and Applied Sciences. Contributors should adhere to the guidelines below to facilitate editorial work.

Title page
The title page should bear the author's full name (no initials), with surname last, institutional address, email, and phone number.
Structure — empirical articles
Manuscripts reporting empirical research should be organised under the following headings:
Abstract — not more than 250 words, unstructured, with three to five keywords
Introduction — background, research problem, and objectives
Method — design, participants, instruments, and procedure
Result — findings presented with appropriate statistics or qualitative evidence
Discussion — interpretation situated in the literature
Conclusion — concise summary of the principal contribution
Recommendations — actionable implications for practice or further research
References — APA 7th edition
Structure — theoretical and review articles
Theoretical papers should not include Method, Result, or Discussion sections. Instead, use appropriate sub-headings addressing the key components of the topic. The paper must still include a Conclusion, Suggestions, and References.
Results — additional rule
Do not repeat the research questions and hypotheses under the Results section. Only table numbers and appropriate titles should be written.
Originality screening
All accepted papers are submitted for a plagiarism test and Turnitin similarity check. The journal also runs an in-house screening pipeline that combines fingerprint matching against a local corpus, Crossref cross-referencing, and targeted web search. Submissions with unacceptable similarity to prior published work will be returned to the author without review.
Authors are responsible for ensuring their manuscript is original, that all sources are properly cited, and that any prior preprint or conference presentation of the work is disclosed in the cover letter.
Submission
The preferred submission route is the online submission portal. The portal guides authors through manuscript upload, co-author details, declarations (ethics, conflict of interest, funding, data availability), and payment of the article processing charge.
Authors may also submit papers directly to editorphajigs@gmail.com or contact the Editor on 08035536232 for further information.
Files to prepare
Manuscript file (.docx preferred, .pdf accepted)
A blinded version with author-identifying information removed, for peer review
A cover letter addressed to the editor
Figures and supplementary files, where applicable
Review process
Submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers. Typical turnaround for an initial decision is four to eight weeks. Authors are kept informed of the status of their submission through the portal and by email.
Article Processing Charge
PHAJIGS is open access. A modest Article Processing Charge (APC) supports editorial operations, originality screening, DOI registration, and hosting. Waivers are available on request for authors from low-income contexts; applications are reviewed by the editor-in-chief.
